As managing director, responsible for the day-to-day management and all operations of ING Real Estate Investment Management in France. This organization, operating out of Paris with around 65 people, manages, acquires and disposes real estate (direct investments as well as indirect via investment funds) on behalf of institutional investors.

The COO Europe is a member of the European Management Team with responsibilities for finance & reporting, risk management, information management, compliance and related activities. Involvement in a.o. the launch of new funds, preparation of the consolidated business plan and annual budgets for the European countries and funds.

Appointed to analyse the local organization, team and internal processes of ING Real Estate Management in Germany, and subsequently advise on the strategic direction and propose restructuring measures. As part of the subsequent restructuring process, assumed the role as CFO until the transformation was completed.
Head Management Support Unit

Responsible for all activities of the Management Support Unit, a newly incorporated department which consolidates the former support units of four business units. With its team of just over 20 people, the Management Support Unit supports international development projects in the areas of health, gender, sustainable development and related education

Coordination of a Vendor Due Diligence process

Itho
At the request of the former shareholder, a Vendor Due Diligence process was organized and Dennis temporarily joined Itho’s management team as interim CFO responsible for the preparation and execution of the entire VDD process. In this role, he was the central point of contact for the commercial, financial, legal and tax teams performing their due diligence work. During the process, the air conditioning business was sold and Dennis was involved in the negotiations, establishment of Service Level Agreements and the purchase price settlement.
Acquisition and integration of a provider of pay TV services

Canal+ / chellomedia,
now part of Ziggo
Project and program manager. Coordination of all financial, legal, operational and tax aspects related to the contemplated acquisition of Canal+, a provider of pay TV services in the Netherlands, by chellomedia. These tasks included a.o. the planning and implementation of the integration within the chellomedia organization, a review and settlement of working capital movements in the context of a take-over balance sheet, and defining the SLA.
Roll-out of cooperation models and cash flow system
